The Verified Conformity Assessment Program (VCAP) is a program that was developed by the National Conference on Weights and Measures to verify that load cells, weight indicators, and load receivers produced by a manufacturer meet the same environmental influence factor standards as the actual products evaluated under the National Type Evaluation Program. ![]()
